Heavy Industrial Zone with the following permitted uses: office, industrial manufacturing, warehousing, research and laboratory.  Maximum lot coverage is 50% and building height is limited to four (4) stories or 60 feet.

Port Carteret is located two (2) miles from Exit 12 of the New Jersey Turnpike, and is served by the following utility companies: Public Service Electric and Gas, Elizabethtown Gas Company, Middlesex Water Company, Borough of Carteret Sewer Authority and CSX Transportation.
